We are delighted to welcome you to the launch of The Supper Club at The Mill, Sharnbrook – an exclusive dining experience that celebrates the very best of Bedfordshire produce.
This special evening begins with a welcome drink at 7:00pm, followed by a three-course menu curated in collaboration with local food talent. Expect a showcase of fresh, seasonal ingredients and elegant dishes, all served in the stunning surroundings of The Mill’s newly designed dining spaces.

Welcome Drink Hugo Spritz – prosecco, elderflower, lime & mint (beer, prosecco, and soft drinks also available)
Starter Roasted vegetable and farro salad with sheep’s cheese
Main Course Duo of pork – slow cooked pork belly & pan-seared pork fillet Served with potato fondant, celeriac purée, caramelised apple & red wine jus
