Welcome to The Mill Sharnbrook. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.
1. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the chosen rate plan.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM – 18:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Flexible Rate Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Full payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- No-Shows: Will be charged the full amount of the stay.
4. Group Bookings
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings and may be subject to different terms, including deposits and cancellation policies.
5. Payment
- We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g. bar tab, room service) must be settled before departure.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
- Damage caused to rooms, furnishings or the building will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of £150 will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.
7. Children and Extra Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Extra beds and cots are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
- Additional charges may apply.
8. Pets
- Pets are only permitted in our “Cottage” accomodation. Assistance dogs are welcome.
9. Accessibility
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any accessibility requirements so we can ensure a suitable room is available.
10. Force Majeure
- The Mill Sharnbrook shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics).
11. Liability
- We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the hotel unless caused by our negligence.
- Guests are advised to ensure their personal belongings are adequately insured.
12. Privacy
- Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We only collect and use your information to manage your booking and provide services.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The Mill Sharnbrook – Ticketed Events Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and attendance at events hosted by The Mill Sharnbrook (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase
- Tickets are sold through our official website.
- Your ticket is only valid for the event specified at the time of purchase.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Payment
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
- We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
4. E-Tickets
- Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.
- Please bring your e-ticket (printed or digital) and valid ID to the event.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
6. Entry and Admission
- Entry will only be permitted to valid ticket holders.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for: Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
- Breach of these terms
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
7. Age Restrictions
- Age restrictions may apply to specific events and will be stated at the time of booking.
- ID may be required as proof of age.
8. Accessibility
- We strive to make our events accessible to all guests. Please contact us in advance if you have any accessibility requirements.
9. Changes to Events
- We reserve the right to make changes to event details (such as time, performers or content) if necessary.
- Material changes will be communicated via the contact details provided at booking.
10. Liability
- We are not liable for any personal property lost, stolen or damaged at our events.
- Our liability for any direct loss or damage arising from your attendance is limited to the price of your ticket.
11. Photography and Media
- Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to being recorded and the use of such media in future marketing unless you inform us otherwise in writing prior to the event.
12. Allergen Information
- If you have any food allergies, intolerances or sensitives please let us know at the time of booking and please confirm this with your server on the day.
- We have detailed allergy information available, please contact us for further information.
- We must inform you that our food is prepared in kitchens where allergenic ingredients may be present so we cannot guarantee that anything is 100% free of allergens at all times.
